Customer Design

Besides the production of articles for the laboratory sector, which are mainly catalogue or stock items, the company Bochem® focuses more and more on the manufacturing of products, systems & solutions for the industrial sector and is active as supplier for manufacturer of systems, machinery and equipment.These industrial products are mostly customer designed products, which need technical drawings, which allow us to calculate and manufacture them.

In the run-up to the production the following criteria will be checked:

• Proof of the technical drawing?
• Proof of the sample or draft
• Are we able to process the material?
• Are the needed machines available?

If a technical drawing is available by the customer, we produce after this drawing. With this drawing or a sample the article will be designed by CAD. After release of the drawing we are going into production. If a release of a sample is asked by the customer, the sample goes into production first. Of course we are also there to consult our customers.

7. Surface technology - Electrolytical polishing of stainless steel - Grinding technolgy
8. Surface coating - Powder coating - Plastics
